Service & How It Works

What exactly is a mobile oil change?+

We come to you. Our mechanic arrives at your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked, performs the oil and filter change on the spot, and you never have to leave what you're doing. Most appointments take 20 to 30 minutes.

Where do you service?+

We cover roughly 95 ZIP codes within about an hour of Peoria, AZ. You can check your ZIP on our homepage or Service Area page to confirm you're in our zone before booking.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?+

Not necessarily. As long as your vehicle is accessible and unlocked (or keys are arranged), we can complete the service while you're at work, in a meeting, or running errands. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done.

What surfaces can you work on?+

Driveways and private lots are ideal. We can also work in most apartment and office parking lots. We use drip mats to protect the surface and we haul away all used oil and filters for proper recycling.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book?+

Through our booking page. You'll enter your vehicle info, pick a time slot between 7am and 7pm, and select your oil type and any add-ons.

How far in advance should I book?+

Same-day and next-day slots are often available, but weekends and early-morning slots fill up first. Booking 2 to 3 days ahead gives you the best selection.

Can I reschedule?+

Yes, you can reschedule up to a few hours before your appointment at no charge. We just ask that you don't no-show, since we've blocked the time and driven out for you.

What's your cancellation policy?+

We keep a card on file when you book. A $25 fee applies for late-cancellation or no-shows. Reschedules made with reasonable notice are always free.

Pricing & Payment

How much does it cost?+

Pricing depends on your vehicle and the oil type it requires (conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic). You'll see the exact price during booking before you confirm.

Is it more expensive than a shop?+

We're competitive with any local lube chains. With our pricing and the time you save outside an uncomfortable waiting room, we guarantee you'll be satisfied.

How do I pay?+

We collect a card on file at booking and charge it after the service is complete. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

Do you offer fleet or recurring service?+

Yes, reach out to us directly for fleet pricing or to set up a recurring schedule for your household or business vehicles.

The Service Itself

What oil brands do you use?+

We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality oil for your investment. We always use major-brand oils that meet or exceed your vehicle manufacturer's specs. Specific brand may vary, but quality is consistent.

Do you change the filter too?+

Always. A new OEM-spec oil filter is included with every oil change.

Do you service all vehicles?+

We service most gas-powered cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Some exotic, diesel, or heavy-duty vehicles may not be eligible. If you're unsure, contact us before booking.
